Hours: 3045 hours per week | 5-day working rota | Flexible working shifts Operation: Open 7 days a week (MondaySunday)

We are seeking a hands-on Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in leading a busy, fresh-food kitchen. You will play a key role in maintaining high culinary standards, driving consistency, and contributing to menu development using seasonal and locally sourced ingredients.
