Paraplanner Requirements Experience working as a Paraplanner within a financial planning firm
Strong technical foundation, particularly around complex planning
Exposure to inheritance tax and estate planning work
Working towards or holding relevant financial planning qualifications
Desire to grow, develop and deepen technical expertise
