About the role\n\nSytner Group is looking for a dedicated New Car Sales Manager to join our busy and thriving sales team at Mercedes-Benz of Cheltenham & Gloucester.\n\nThis is a very rare and unique opportunity for a determined Sales Manager. Reporting to the Head of Business, and owning all aspects of our New Car Sales Department; you will build, develop, encourage and improve the team's current sales and success by providing the New Car Sales Team with the structure, mentoring, confidence and motivation to maximise individual's and team potential.\n\nAbout you\n\nThis role would suit a manager with retail sales experience gained from within the motor industry, who has well-developed leadership skills and a deep understanding of all areas of the department.\n\nYou will be able to demonstrate proven success in management and that you are able to handle conflicting demands.
