Growth without compromise.\n\nNow, they’re looking for a commercially minded, creatively driven leader to work closely with the C-suite and help define what comes next.\n\nThe Opportunity\n\nReporting directly to the Managing Director, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the agency’s growth trajectory - owning how the business shows up in the market, how it wins work, and how it builds long-term client relationships.\n\nThis is more than a marketing role. You’ll act as the connector between marketing, partnerships, and client experience, driving a unified growth strategy that delivers measurable impact across brand, pipeline, and revenue.\n\nYou’ll also lead and develop a small, high-performing team while collaborating with senior stakeholders across the business - including direct exposure to the leadership team and founder.\n\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\n\nDefine and execute a clear, insight-led growth and marketing strategy Elevate brand positioning and market presence with a sharp, differentiated voice Lead new business activity end-to-end from pipeline generation to pitch conversion Partner with client teams to turn standout work into compelling stories and case studies Own marketing channels across PR, content, digital and partnerships Leverage data, CRM systems and emerging tech (including AI) to drive performance and scalability Act as a trusted advisor to the C-suite, using insights to influence business decisions\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n\n~5+ years in marketing, growth, or new business within a creative agency Proven track record in winning work, leading pitches, and building pipelines A natural storyteller - able to translate creative output into powerful narratives Commercially sharp, data-driven, and confident using marketing tech and CRM systems Equally comfortable setting strategy and rolling up sleeves to deliver A collaborative leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-standards environments\n\nWhy This Role?\n\nHigh-impact, high-visibility position working directly with senior leadership Join a business in a genuine growth phase, with momentum and ambition A culture that’s energetic, collaborative, and deeply people-focused The chance to shape the agency’s future direction and leave a lasting mark If you’re looking for a role where you can combine creativity, commercial thinking, and leadership - and truly influence the trajectory of a standout agency - this is it
