Compliance Specialist\nHome based (with some travel)\n£40,000 + benefits\n\nJoin a globally recognised awarding organisation as a Compliance Specialist, supporting the delivery of robust, compliant and high-quality assessment processes.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nSupport the delivery of the Reliability operational plan, ensuring all activities align with governance and best practice.\nEnsure assessment marking standards are consistently applied in line with regulatory and compliance requirements.\nContribute to the implementation and ongoing improvement of H&S, environmental, and quality management systems.\nSupport internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks.\nTrack and report on KPIs and performance metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.\nPromote a strong culture of compliance, continuous improvement, and health & safety awareness.\nWhat We’re Looking For\n\nNEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) or relevant Health & Safety qualification/experience.\nExperience in a compliance or assessment-focused role.\nStrong understanding of regulatory frameworks and governance within assessment or HSE environments.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.\nConfident communicator with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders.\nExperience delivering training or supporting competence frameworks.\nDesirable:\n\nKnowledge of awarding bodies or regulated environments.\nExperience working with ISO standards (e.g. ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001).\nAdditional language skills (e.g. Arabic).\nPR/(phone number removed)\n(url removed) / (phone number removed)
